Trance work is a surrender—a deepening of consciousness that allows spirit to work through me (through altered states) in profound ways. It requires trust, dedication, and an openness to the unseen, making it one of the most powerful and transformative forms of spiritual work. 

Trance is not about control; it is about allowing. In a trance (theta) state, I move into an altered level of awareness, creating a clearer and more direct channel for spirit. Depending on the purpose, trance may manifest in different ways:

✨ Trance Healing – Spirit works directly through me, shifting energy, restoring balance, and facilitating profound healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. These sessions may be completely silent as I direct healing to you or it may be combined with trance speaking to give you wisdom from guides, ascended masters, angels, galactics, universal intelligence or any other number of higher-order beings. Also, you may receive random messages, words, sounds, or other vocalizations such as singing, humming, guttural sounds, etc. 

✨ Trance Speaking – Inspired words and wisdom flow through me, offering guidance, philosophy, and insight from a higher source.

✨Immersive Spiritual Coaching – Through discussion and trance techniques, I work with clients to guide them toward a deeper self-awareness, helping them attune to their own spiritual path and inner wisdom.

✨ Trance Evidential (by special arrangement) – A highly specialized form of mediumship where spirit communicators (discarnate spirits) come through in a deeper way, sometimes affecting my voice, mannerisms, or presence as they deliver their messages.

Trance work is a collaboration between my energy, the energy of spirit, and the energy of those receiving. It is a sacred space where deep healing, guidance, and connection occur. Like all spiritual work, trance requires ethics, responsibility, and complete and total trust in and surrender to the intelligence of the spirit world.

What is a Trance Work session?
A trance work session is a guided experience of altered consciousness, channeling, and spiritual connection — designed to bring healing, insight, and energetic realignment through trance healing, meditation, or spirit communication.

Do sessions need to be in person or can they be remote?
Both options are available. I offer in-person sessions in Connecticut as well as remote/online trance work sessions via Zoom for clients anywhere.

Is trance work safe and confidential?
Yes. All sessions are conducted with full respect, ethical boundaries, and confidentiality. You remain in control and choose your level of comfort. You may take notes or record the session if you wish.

How should I prepare for a trance session?
Wear comfortable clothing, ensure a quiet space, and come with an open and grounded intention. Hydrate and rest if possible — trance work can activate deep emotional or energetic movement.
