I approach property assessments in two different capacities:

• As part of a Paranormal Investigation Team — This option is a research collaboration and we volunteer our time. These investigations use equipment, documentation, and may involve multiple investigators over several days. This may be an option later if a full scientific investigation becomes appropriate.
• As an Individual Medium Visit — In my professional mediumship capacity, I visit the property to read the energetic and spiritual conditions of the home and land. I typically bring one assistant who quietly records impressions for accuracy and review afterward. These assessments can generally be done in an hour or two except in the case of a large, old, or very energetic home.

In this private on-site session, Medium Beth visits your home or property to intuitively read the energetic and spiritual atmosphere of the space. A Home & Property Mediumship Assessment is $350 for up to two hours, which includes:

• The full on-site walkthrough and intuitive assessment 
• Time afterward to review the evidence and findings together 
• Opportunity for discussion, clarity, and support

A $150 booking retainer is required to reserve the appointment.
It is fully refundable with more than 72 hours’ notice.
If cancelled within 72 hours, the retainer becomes a cancellation fee.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before the visit.
No payments are collected onsite.

Additional time may be added if needed at a standard hourly rate of $150/hour.

🕊 Most sessions are scheduled at least two weeks in advance, though urgent appointments may be available when emotional safety is a concern.
