Payment

• Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Time Zone Responsibility

• All sessions are scheduled in Eastern Time (U.S./Canada).
• Clients are responsible for adjusting for their own time zone.
• Missed appointments due to time zone miscalculations are considered missed sessions and are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion and availability of the medium.

Acknowledgment of Policies

• By booking a session, you confirm that you have read and agree to all policies and disclaimers outlined on this website.
• If you indicate that you have not reviewed the Policies and Disclaimer at the time of booking, your appointment may be canceled until confirmation is received that you have read and agreed to the terms.

Confirmation & Reminders

• Clients will receive a confirmation email at booking and a reminder email 24 hours prior to the session.
• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure contact information is entered correctly.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session will receive a refund minus non-refundable transaction fees.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will receive a refund minus 30% of the session fee and transaction fees.
• Missed appointments are non-refundable.
• A 10-minute grace period will be given from the scheduled start time. After 10 minutes, the session will be considered missed and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
• If you anticipate being late due to an emergency, please notify me via text as soon as possible. Without communication, the session will be considered missed after 10 minutes.
• Rescheduling is offered at the discretion and availability of the medium.

Session Completion Policy

• If a session is unintentionally cut short or incomplete due to time constraints or communication oversight, I will gladly honor completion of the remaining portion.
• Requests to complete an unfinished session must be made within 7 days of the original appointment date.
• Completion of the remaining portion must occur within 30 days of the original session date.
• If no request is made within 7 days, the session will be considered fulfilled and closed.
• Incomplete sessions are not eligible for refund, as the remaining portion will be honored within the timeframe outlined above.

Refund Policy

• All sessions are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
• Concerns regarding a session must be expressed within 24 hours of the appointment.
• Refund requests made beyond this window will not be considered.

Illness, Energy & Emergencies

• If you are feeling physically unwell or emotionally unprepared on the day of your session, please notify me as soon as possible.
• In cases of genuine illness or emergency, reasonable accommodation may be offered at my discretion.
• Likewise, if I am unwell or feel that I cannot provide you with the focused and energetically clear session you deserve, I reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.
• In rare cases of emergency or circumstances beyond either party’s control, sessions or events may be rescheduled.

Requested Communicator

• Sessions are conducted with focused intention toward the loved one you are hoping to hear from.
• In the overwhelming majority of cases, I am able to establish a connection with the requested communicator. My work involves intentional mechanics and redirection when necessary.
• On rare occasions, another loved one may step forward first. In those cases, I will briefly acknowledge that presence and then refocus my attention to connect with the communicator you requested.
• While I cannot guarantee the presence of any specific individual, my effort and direction during the session are aligned with your request.

Scope of Service

• Services may include evidential mediumship, psychic/intuitive consultation, trance work, spiritual counseling, immersive experiences, teaching, coaching, gallery or group readings, events, home assessments, and paranormal investigations.
• All services are spiritual in nature and intended for insight, reflection, personal growth, and healing.
• I do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, pregnancy, legal, or financial advice.
• Spiritual counseling and coaching services are not psychotherapy or licensed mental health treatment.
• While insight may arise around relationships, career, health themes, or life direction, all decisions remain your personal responsibility.

Age Requirement

• Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book independently.
• Individuals ages 16–17 may receive a session with explicit written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• Individuals ages 14–15 may receive a session only with explicit written parental or guardian consent and with a parent or legal guardian present during the session.
• For children under the age of 14, please contact the medium directly to discuss circumstances prior to booking.
• I reserve the right to decline sessions involving minors at my discretion.

Gallery & Group Sessions

• In group or gallery settings, not all participants are guaranteed a personal reading.
• Messages are directed toward specific individuals as guided during the session.
• Because spiritual communication can be layered and meaningful, evidence and messages may resonate with others present. Participants are encouraged to remain open and receive what feels supportive while understanding that direct readings are offered to specific individuals during the event.

Fairs, Expos & Special Events

 • Session length, format, and pricing at fairs, expos, or special events may differ from standard private session offerings and are set per event.
• Pre-payment may be required to reserve your session time.
• Due to the nature of public venues, privacy cannot be guaranteed.
• Event sessions operate within strict time windows. Arrival after your scheduled start time will result in a shortened session, ending at the originally scheduled time.
• If you are not present at your scheduled time, your session is considered forfeited and is non-refundable.
• Pre-paid event sessions may be transferred to another individual with written notice at least 3 hours prior to the event start time.
• Once the event begins, transfers and rescheduling are no longer permitted.
• All sessions conducted at public events are final and non-refundable once delivered. 

Home Assessments & Paranormal Investigations

• Home assessments and paranormal investigations are conducted for spiritual and observational purposes only.
• No guarantees are made regarding findings or outcomes.
• I do not provide structural, environmental, safety, or legal assessments of property.
• Clients remain fully responsible for their property and for any decisions made following an assessment or investigation.

Client Responsibilities

• Please attend your session alone, in a quiet and private space, free from interruptions or distractions.
• Do not attend your session while driving, walking, cooking, painting, smoking, or engaging in other activities.
• Please do not answer phones or doors during your session unless it is an emergency.
• Sessions require focus and presence to maintain the integrity of the connection and the quality of the experience.
• Time spent addressing distractions, interruptions, or technical delays is included within the scheduled session time. Additional time will not be added due to client-related interruptions or technical difficulties.
• There is nothing you need to do ahead of the reading except think of your loved one. You may meditate if you wish, but it is not necessary.

Technical Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and that all technology, including Zoom, is installed, updated, and functioning prior to the scheduled session time.
• Time spent resolving technical issues on the client’s end is included within the session time.
• If technical issues occur on my end, reasonable accommodation or rescheduling will be offered.
• If you need to install the free Zoom app, please do so well ahead of our call. Log in and familiarize yourself with the platform before the session. Always have your Meeting ID and Passcode available in case you need to join manually.

Recording Policy

• Virtual sessions conducted via Zoom may be recorded in audio and video format upon mutual agreement.
• Clients may request that their session not be recorded.
• For in-person sessions, I will record audio when possible. Clients are also welcome to record audio for personal use.
• It is the client’s responsibility to download and securely store their recording. Recordings are not stored indefinitely and may be deleted at any time without notice.
• Recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared or posted publicly without written consent.
• I reserve the right to share brief excerpts of sessions for educational or promotional purposes, excluding personally identifying information.

Professional Conduct

• Sessions and events are conducted with mutual respect.
• Disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the session or removal from an event without refund.

Legal Disclaimer

• All services provided are spiritual and educational in nature.
• No service constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
• Participation in any service is voluntary.
• By booking or participating in any session, event, or service, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and interpretations.
• You agree not to hold Beth liable for any direct or indirect outcomes, losses, or damages resulting from participation in any service.
