• If Medium Beth must cancel due to illness or emergency, the client may choose a full refund including the deposit or transfer to a new date.

Events are first come, first served.

To protect the time, preparation, travel, and scheduling involved in private events—and in accordance with insurance guidelines—the following policies apply:

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. 
• If you cancel 7+ days before the event: 
  • Your remaining balance (minus the deposit) may be converted into credit toward a future private reading or class at Beth’s discretion. 
• If you cancel within 7 days of the event: 
  • Full payment is forfeited and no credit will be issued.
     

• Rescheduling may be available if requested at least 14 days in advance. 
• New date must be mutually agreed upon and may require a new deposit if moved into a higher-tier date or season.
   

In the rare case Medium Beth must cancel due to illness or emergency:

• You may choose either: 
  • A full refund of all payments made, including the deposit 
  • Or transfer the booking to a new date

Beth makes every effort to honor all reserved dates.

To comply with liability insurance requirements and maintain ethical standards, all event hosts must agree to the following:

A standard waiver will be sent to the host covering:

• Mediumship and psychic services are for spiritual, personal, and inspirational purposes only 
• No guarantees can be made regarding specific communicators, outcomes, or messages 
• Services do not replace medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice 
• Host accepts responsibility for the emotional wellbeing of guests 
• Host acknowledges that sensitive emotions (grief, memories, etc.) may arise 
• Recording policies (verbal permission required; some events may prohibit recording depending on format) 

Hosts must sign this waiver before the event.

Host is responsible for informing attendees that:

• Participation is voluntary 
• Guests must be 18+ unless prior consent is given in writing by a parent
• Beth does not provide fortune-telling or determinative future predictions 
• Mediumship aims for healing, validation, and inspiration—not diagnosis, therapy, or crisis intervention
