Hi, friends!!  My name is Beth. I am an Evidential Medium. 

I feel so blessed to be able to work in service to spirit to bring through evidence and essence of your loved ones so you feel like you are sitting in their presence. I am grateful and honored to facilitate this sacred communication. Here's a little about my formal mediumship development followed by some information about me outside of mediumship:

My Formal Mediumship Development/Training

Mediumship is a lifelong discipline—one I’ve devoted years of formal study, mentorship, practice, and refinement to. My work is grounded in evidential standards, ethical foundations, and a strong respect for the mechanics of spirit communication. Below is a glimpse into the training, mentorship, and continuing education that have shaped my work as a medium, teacher, and trance channel. My development follows a lineage of disciplined study, guided mentorship, and structured practice with teachers rooted in evidential mediumship and trance traditions.

 My training has included hundreds of hours of hands-on practice in development circles, small-group demonstrations, platform-style readings, and supervised evidential sessions. These spaces allowed me to refine accuracy, deepen trust, and understand the nuanced language of Spirit through consistent, disciplined work.

Mediumship is not a licensed or credentialed profession in the United States; as such, my foundation has been built through voluntary study, mentorship, and intensive practice-based training with respected teachers.  My development follows a lineage of disciplined study, guided mentorship, and structured practice with teachers rooted in evidential mediumship and trance traditions. 

In addition to evidential work, I have trained extensively in trance—including healing, speaking, evidential trance mediumship, and other altered-state modalities that allow healing intelligence and higher wisdom to move through with clarity and purpose. This work includes formal trance studies, guided mentorship, and ongoing development classes and symposiums dedicated to deepening the blend with Spirit.

Mediumship is never “finished.” I continue to study advanced mechanics, the science of consciousness, ethics, and emerging developments in the field—especially the intersections of quantum physics, consciousness studies, and the science of spirit communication. My dedication to continuing education ensures my work remains grounded, responsible, and continually evolving.

My approach to mediumship blends structure with surrender, evidence with empathy, and discipline with deep spiritual trust. I believe mediumship is both a skill and a relationship—a co-creative partnership between the medium, Spirit, and the sitter.

Every reading, every class I teach (since August 2020), and every trance session I facilitate (since July 2022) is rooted in the same foundation: integrity, evidential truth, and profound respect for the sacred connections we are privileged to witness.

Ethical. Evidential. Mediumship

I created this tagline strategically. There are so many unprofessional and unethical mediums opening up shop who fail to meet basic standards of ethics that I not only thought it was important to create a tagline I could proudly stand behind, but I wanted to subtly alert those looking for readings to the fact that I am an ethical medium, that I list it right below my name so the two will always be synonymous. 

In fact, I believe in ethics in mediumship so deeply that I wrote the original guidelines for ethics and responsibilities in mediumship. I want my clients to understand the reverence I have for my work with regard to my responsibility to both the client and the spirit communicator. As a teacher and a leader in the mediumship community, I also disseminate these guidelines to others so they will also have a strong foundation in ethics. ABOUT ME

In my life outside of mediumship, I am a busy mom of three teenage boys and live in Connecticut (from Georgia). I work in operations management for a small biotech company in New York City, but work mostly from home since Covid began. I have a BA in Communications and am completing my MS in Public Relations. I am a prolific writer and family historian/genealogist.  I have been running practice circles in evidential mediumship for a year and a half, teach a development circle for all levels of mediums, and I teach a 6 week beginner/foundational mediumship course. Other interests in the spiritual and psychic field include: Controlled Remote Viewing, Associative Remote Viewing, trance healing/meditation/speaking/evidential, hands-on healing, astral projection, hemi-sync, and heart-brain coherence. 

Outside of my spiritual work, I am a writer and post poems, stories, and essays to my blog. I also have three books in the works: one in historical non-fiction, one educational fiction about spirit and energy, and the last a memoir about finding my birth father when I was 49 (he died when I was 37). Other interests outside of spiritual work include: gardening, biking, working out, music, travel, family history, playing Zelda with my boys, planning class reunions, and I'm creating a writing course I can teach at local colleges

In addition to my mediumship business, reading for local shops, teaching mediumship (classes on my Services and Fees page), writing, and raising kids, I own a boutique PR firm called Manifest Media Public Relations (Manifest PR) that is a full-service firm working to address the needs of spiritual-based businesses.
