Payment and Booking Information/Cancellation and Refund Policy
Payment in full is required upon booking.
- All times are Eastern Standard Time U.S./Canada (GMT-5). Meetings missed because you did not adjust your time because of the time zone change are missed appointments. I suggest writing YOUR time in your calendar when you book with me. You will receive a confirmation email or text 24 hours before your session.
- All clients will receive a confirmation email upon booking as well as a reminder the day before your scheduled reading.
- All prices in U.S. dollars. Please calculate the exchange rate if you pay with PayPal.
- If you cancel prior to 24 hours before your reading, you will be refunded the entire amount of your session less the bank transaction fee, which is non-refundable
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your reading, you will be refunded the amount of your session less a sitting fee of $20 as I may not be able to fill a last-minute cancellation with a another client. The remainder will be refunded less the bank transaction fee, which is non-refundable.
- Missed appointments will not be refunded. Rescheduling is at the discretion and convenience of the medium.
Responsibilities of the Client: When you join the Zoom* call, please be alone in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed (no driving, walking, cooking, etc.). There is nothing you have to do ahead of the reading except think of your loved one. You may meditate if you'd like, but it's not necessary. You don't need to hold anything of theirs unless it brings you comfort. I look forward to a beautiful and healing session.
*If you need to install the FREE Zoom app, please do this well ahead of our call and create your free account. Log in and find the main screen so you are comfortable navigating ahead of our call. Using Zoom allows me to record your reading. You don't want to lose reading time trying to figure Zoom out. Always write down the Meeting ID and Passcode just in case you need to join that way instead of the link you receive with your confirmation.
Ethics and Responsibilities of the medium
Payments for Integrative Evidential course:
$277 Deposit Required 2 weeks prior to course
$250 Payment due first day of 3rd week of course
$250 payment due first day of 7th week
Refund policy for Integrative Evidential course:
* For students who pay in full:
+ Full refund within the first week of the course
+ 75% refund within weeks 2-3
+ 50% refund within weeks 4-5
+ No refunds after week 5
